I got a lovely tweet from the guys at NextGen saying they do not offer 1-1 help for ‘free plugins’ which was really helpful of them. Since that I have deleted the nextgen plugin Linda & went for a more blog type gallery while I search for a premium plugin that suits my needs. Good luck getting help with that, hope someone solves it soon.
