Few possible reasons, why there are no customers in Customer column:
1. Customer was deleted
2. It’s an old event. In ShopMagic 2.13 we have rewritten some events.
3. It’s a bug ??If the problem persist, contact us directly at [email protected]

I’m afraid I’m not able to delete this (or any other thread). You, as an author should have such an option, but as I remember correctly it is a timed feature.
If you want to edit/delete it, you should write to general Forum Moderators.

I hope you are well. I’m back with some information about your issue.
1. For emails with: “SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:theartto@XXX SIZE=10968: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from IP XXX temporarily deferred due to user complaints – 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html”” – this issue is not related to ShopMagic, but Yahoo.
2. Unfortunately the logs did not provide enough information and further investigation will be needed. However, to do this we will need access to the website.
