Hi @alek123ish
Thank you for your message. This error occurred when you updated from 2.12.1 to 2.13?
Could you send me a screenshot from the Outcomes? What about Send test feature? Is it working, could you try it a send a test email to yourself?
Hi again,
If you want to change the {site_title} you need to change “Testo del footer” not “Da Nome”. Check this screenshot (I changed the language to Italian).
Let me know if it worked for you.

Hi @nunziorash,
thank you for your message. I ran some tests and in my installation, everything is working as it should be. Check the below screenshots:
Here’s my test automation – Test automation, as you can see I selected WooCommerce Template.
Here are my WooCommerce email settings – WooCommerce settings and here is the output – Email
Could you send me your settings/output? What ShopMagic version are you using?
I’m closing the thread as it’s not a bug but still waiting for your message.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Randy,
thanks for the kind words and five-star rating! I’m glad you like our plugin ??
I am marking this topic as resolved. If you have any issues, please respond.
As I wrote earlier, when you will be in the Emails Tab scroll down a little – do not edit a specified email. You should change global settings. Check this screenshot, which should help you a little more – WooCommerce footer text
Hi @kirascurro
Deleting all of the data in the footer text should help you. Check this screenshot – Test for KiraScurro
I encourage you to check our blog, with emphasis on guide category. You will find lots of useful information there (e.g. how to set up automation for every order status or a troubleshooting guide).

Hi @kirascurro
ShopMagic is not overriding standard WooCommerce emails. If you install our plugin and create an automation, your customer will receive both – WooCommerce and ShopMagic emails.
In this case, you should consider disabling standard WooCommerce emails. Check this article (step 2) to find out how to do it: https://shopmagic.app/blog/customize-woocommerce-completed-order-email/
You can edit {site_title} by moving to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and scroll down a little, to adjust it to your preferences.
Additional tip: In the same place you can also set a header image, which is also supported by ShopMagic.
Both – free and PRO versions – have the same template options, so upgrading from the free to PRO won’t help in this particular case. We know that support for template blocks is important and most likely we will add it in the future. However, there’s no ETA for it.
Hi @raymond621
Can you write us a short ticket. Here’s an email [email protected]
We will need some additional data and screenshots from your installation, so I think that moving a conversation to a more private channel is a good idea.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Hi Kira,
Currently you can choose from WooCommerce Template and None. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by (most likely) outdated description.
If you ant to test ShopMagic PRO, you can create a demo account and test it freely for 7 days. Demo is available here – https://demo.wpdesk.org/
Issue was resolved with a small fix implemented into the ShopMagic.
Thank you very much Johnathon for your cooperation. It helped us a lot!
I’ll (or someone from our team) respond asap but it’s almost 5 PM here in Poland and we are finishing our work, as we work from 9 AM to 5 PM, CEST UTC+2, European time.
That is why I’m trying to collect as much data as possible.
So, please send me this screenshot, if there’s an error like you are saying I’d like to see this and most likely pass it to our devs.
Thank you for your cooperation!

Hi,
Thank you very much I look into this.
You have the newest version of ShopMagic so, in the plugin menu there are Queues and Outcomes. Could you check the outcomes (I assume that at least one automation was triggered). Do you see anything there?
Check this blog post and its first screenshot – https://shopmagic.app/blog/shopmagic-2-9-is-here/
I encourage you to write en email to us, throught the ShopMagic.app as it would be easier to troubleshoot this issue.
Cheers!
Hi,
Yes of course, you can submit it here. On the other hand you should be able to contact us through our website. There’s a contact button (lower right corner) then choose the Ask tab > Email.
