In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Plugin update causes fatal errorActually I think this may be the error that is causing the server to crash:
AH01071: Got error ': strpos(): Empty needle in /home/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 721PHP message:
This error seems to be in an infinite loop that causes memory issues that lead to fatal errors.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [Performance Lab] Wp_get_attachment full size get WebP versionHi there.
Just wondered if there was any update on this? Am being penalised with Core web vitals for not using webp in various places where we’re using the wp_get_attachment_image() function.
Would be good to know if we need to start rebuilding this or if likely to be updated soon?
And also, thanks for the great plugin so far! Many thanks

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast crashing parts of our websiteHello.
Just to add to this thread – we are experiencing the same issues as described above. We have many sites all running Yoast and the latest update to the Yoast plugin is causing wordpress to exceed the memory limit. This is causing 500 errors as described above.
We’ve managed to roll back a few sites to the previous Yoast version (which has helped), but we simply have too many websites for this to be feasible on all of them.
Please let us know what the issue is and how quickly you can get this resolved. Many thanks

In reply to: [Redirection] Permalink redirectionHi John
Thanks for the response.
Maybe I have misunderstood then.
When you say it is working properly, what is it doing currently with my redirects after I’ve updated the permalinks?
I was expecting it to redirect anything pointing to /postname/ to /category/postname/
Is there something I haven’t done correctly?
Is there any way we can achieve the above? Many thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] User generated content being deletedThank you. I’ll do that now.

Thank you for your reply.
Yes you’re correct. We were deregistering jquery in order to load a newer version.
This has not been a problem with most plugins but I understand that it could be.
I’ve removed that line for now and your plugin is working correctly.
Hopefully WordPress will start including a newer version of jquery for everyone! Many thanks

Hello. Just to come back to this. We can see that there is a script that should be loaded with the plugin: cookie-law-info-public.js
However this is not being loaded. I cant see that our theme is blocking it and there are no errors.
Is there any reason why this script would not get loaded? Many thanks

In reply to: [ICS Calendar] Fatal errorOk great. Thanks very much for the speedy response.
I’ve noticed that it seems to struggle on ical feeds that have long bookings – eg if a booking runs consecutively for over a month. This seems to happen if there are multiple bookings within a month that means every day is booked up. The ical just returns this as one long booking. And for some reason the ical plugin doesn’t seem to like / recognise these longer ones.
This may be unrelated though. Many thanks
