Usually, reviews are reflecting the plugin’s performance and overall functionality unless there are “competitors” who post bad reviews with obvious reasons.

My review at that time was fair but could not be objective because after installing the update the entire wordpress database crashed, work of two years with clients, services, an entire online business gone in seconds so it is not only about your plugin and your business, must be the client’s business too and at the time of 3 stars rating for crashing an entire online business with all consequences deserved (from my point of view) 1 star and a lot of complaining but I do understand the effort of developers and I do respect their work, my frustration was not covered by 2 lines on a 3 star review but I decided not to put even more pressure on you guys and allow you to come up with a suggestion, a solution.

I do understand that your main focus is to get top reviews and convert happy users of your plugin into happy clients of your plugin. The same thing is valid for my business too and my main focus is (just like yours) personal business.

That been said, I consider the situation as being in the past and a teachable experience for me.

By the way, the new design is not so wonderful… I do prefer having height auto instead of a fixed height of 290px on docs page but not having that ugly scrollbar even if it is not active.
Overall the “bootstrap card” kind of look is acceptable, maybe a top image would also look good.

I’m not sure what you mean by “the Assign User”.?

On Edit Review backend there’s the aside options like Category, Assigned Posts, Assigned Users

1. Avatar “issue” fixed. Indeed the option was active
2. Regarding the Assigned Users is no longer a concern as the avatars are displaying ok now

Yea, that’s my next to-do when dear customers are sleeping. Maintenance at 3 in the morning, thus I might not want to activate anything else from premium package, way to much problems for a frontend management … Anyway, I do must know what’s causing the issue of premium extensions with which plugin… Keep in touch.

well, I don’t know what to say, opened 2 or 3 tickets comment included and comment posted of wen’t pufffff (understandable… comments without thumbs up are bad for business, agree) yet when I do go to support portal… tadam, You don’t have any tickets in current view… Weird logic on navigation, 3 platforms with 3 distinctive accounts just to say “hey guys your attention is needed here…” . I have a lot of patience but my paying clients don’t.

On the platform which I had issues is a developed theme not available online, so don’t worry about this
Second theme which seams to be working fine in terms of compatibility is installed from WordPress – Elite Masters

So, they are not to be used on front end?
Maybe here’s the confusion from my behalf as I thought that i can use a shortcode in a page and it will render a field where the user should type their username or email and see if they are banned/restricted.
My idea was to use the option to force log out (if user is banned but logged in) and redirect to a page which contains the shortcode (the functionality mentioned above)

I did install the plugin on another WordPress blog and it looks a bit different.
On the first WordPress website (A) in the settings page after accessing the Email tab, there was no content below.
On the second WordPress website (B) same steps but Email settings (templates) are showed and settings can be made. So I assume this is a theme compatibility…
Yes, I might change my mind and rate 5 stars

Indeed my “feedback” is vague as I don’t have the necessary experience to debug a non working function of the plugin.
If added on a page, the shortcode(s) (none of them) is not displayed, no field , no prompt info no nothing… as if the page is simply blank… I don’t know how to describe it better than “not working” .
As I’ve mentioned before I do believe it is an awesome plugin based on the functions and options showed on settings page after install.
I will find time and reinstall/reactivate the plugin and test it limited by my knowledge (using dev console, possible conflicts with other plugins) and get back to you.
I want this plugin to work because I’ve already tried others and I was disappointed.

?? yes you guys fixed nicely. At that time if I was to rate the plugin it would be a 3 stars.
5 five stars I give only to flawless plugins. If there is nothing else to be improved for this amazing plugin, this means/includes no updates, no additional fixes well then it deserves 5+ stars.
But I’m sure you already know (as developer) that Yoast SEO plugin needs to improve and update every time, in order to keep up with new algorithms thrown by google (among other stuff).
Can it function better? At this time is the best plugin ever used.
Can be improved? At this time works best.
Can I change my rating? Yes I can, but not right now.
For the free version yes, now it is a 5 star plugin and thank you all for your efforts in building, developing and maintaining this tool.

is it possible (works) if I add a full url?.
I am using Wordfence plugin too and some malicious visits are using the ?_wfsf=unlockEmail option and the banned IP (or IP range) gets free access.
I’ve already tried to use the ?_wfsf=unlockEmail (part of the url) but it doesn’t work
By the way.. awesome plugin.
