This is a good question, and a lot of other people are trying to find the correct answer.

Depending on the type of the organisation you have and the state / country you live in, there are different laws and regulations that apply to raffles. Some treat raffles as gambling systems, and some don’t, depending on the amount of total sales, method of draw, or purpose, etc.

Rules apply differently for the purpose of your raffle / contest. Eg: if it’s for profit, you might need permits and taxes paid on the profit, if you running a charity raffle, the rules might change.

There is no exact answer until you contact a legal team to advice you based on the purpose of your raffle / contest system.

PS. Based on interaction with other organizers I learnt that based on how you name your play. eg: raffle / contest have legal implications. Same for numbers such as raffle numbers / entries. It depends how it’s presented to the users.

Please, use the above explanation as a reference for your project. Raffle Play Woo only provides the ticket generation and distribution of the numbers.

I’ve tested the plugin with https://www.ads-software.com/themes/generatepress/

The crossword displays fine in post and pages.

It must be something wrong with your setup.

I see you are using standard checkout. Do you have a custom template for it? Is your theme modifying it? Or is it multisetp? You need to change the location where the tickets will display. Maybe you have hooks removed from the checkout, in the template, as that’s how the theme is designed.

I’ve place an image. You need to try one by one the locations stated in the raffle plugin (view image) and see where the tickets are displaying.

Hope you get my point. After you try it, let me know the result.

There is no code to export. As I said the tickets are saved in a dedicated table.

The free version does not have export capabilities.
