Thanks. I left a support request through your website earlier today. Please let me know if you haven’t received it.

30121Thank you. I’ve checked those 3 things. The strange thing is that Debug mode has been switched on the whole time but I don’t see error messages on the page. If I did, I would share what I see.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Error Adding New ParticipantsThank you. Problem so far seems to have fixed itself. May have been a caching issue, even though I’m not using a caching plugin.

In reply to: [Participants Database] hide_clicktextI fixed this myself. A string search on the plugin revealed that the option is actually hide_clickable, not hide_clicktext as it says in documentation. I hope this helps others.
Brilliant, thank you.
Ok, thank you. I’ve added an exception and will see if that helps.
Thanks Jonas – you’re right!
Thanks, but I can’t test a negative can I. When I register, it does of course have to be approved, but somehow others are managing to register without needing approval. This is not something that can be tested or recreated.
I have seen other threads about this issue so I know others have had the same problem. How did they fix it?
Dan
Thank you. I’ll do it this way.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Still having issues with 3.03Hi Grex. No, this is on LiquidWeb. And yes, I have Classic Editor installed.
I’ve just rolled back to Popups for Divi 2.3.6 to get my site working again. Will perhaps try the next version when it’s released.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Still having issues with 3.03Exact same issue here since update.
Okay, thanks Amrit.
Actually, I still need help with this please. The site language is changed to Finnish, all ‘ERROR:’ strings are translated to ‘VERHE:’, and yet this one error message still shows with ‘ERROR:’.
Thank you for the information. But it’s the ‘ERROR’ part that must become ‘TERHE’. The rest of the error message is correctly translated – you’re right. Thanks for the info, I’ll see if I can make it work.
