Thank you very much! We changed the de_DE.mo and de_DE.po to older versions and it helped us too to temporarely fix the problem. Hopefully WordPress- or JW Player Developers are able to deliver a bugfix soon.

@magiceyevideo We have same problem with JW Player Pro Plugin.

How did you fix the bug?

@jw Player – We dindn’t change the settings and had no WP update.
