I’m also having this issue. The customer creates a subscription with a 7-day trial, but after the trial no payment is charged.
Under the order notes it says:
“Error during status transition. PayPal order ID not found in meta.”
But at the top of the order details page it says:
“Payment via Debit / Credit Card”
I’m not sure which it is. I’ve tried contacting the customers, but they haven’t been particularly helpful.Forum: Plugins

But at the top of the order it says the payment was made with credit card:“Order #79494 details Payment via Credit card / debit card?“
Okay here’s another question and I hope it will help find a concrete solution to my issue. If I create a new payment manually in Paid Member Subscriptions > Payments, will it attempt to charge the customers who were not billed? Is there any way at all to try and bill the members who have active subscriptions?

I don’t even know how the subscriptions are handled on my site because I have the aforementioned Woocommerce plugins, not the Woo Subscriptions plugin. But there is a tab under Woocommerce called “Subscriptions.”
How do I do the last option? I’m totally lost. I don’t have any Woo Subscription plugin installed, only the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin. THese are the WooCommerce plugins I have:

Okay thank you for clearing that. I thought I was using your plugin because that’s the only subscription plugin I have. Also, when I click on the Paid Member Subscriptions dashboard in WordPress, it says “12 memberships.” So these customers clearly came through the plugin. I’m so confused.

So to sum up: The screenshot I sent you before was not paid member subscriptions. But I am using the plugin, and the members are being registered in PMS. They are getting membership access. There is no use in contacting Woocommerce subscription support, because I’m not using their plugin, I’m only using PMS.
So what could be wrong? I’m happy to give access if you want to have a closer look.

It’s only the PMS orders which have not been billed at all.Here’s the information from the order, it says $0.00 was completed successfully, but after the 7-day trial no billing or payment is even attempted:

I signed up and the order completed, but I didn’t receive any payment processing or even a receipt.

I contacted WooCommerce support and they sent the following. Again, normal products with Woocommerce are able to be paid for. It’s just the subscriptions that don’t go through. - Happy Bot?(Woo)

Under WooCommerce orders, it just says completed for $0.00 but doesn’t attempt the recurring transaction after the 7-day trial is over. It’s like PMS doesn’t even attempt to bill them when the recurring payment is supposed to be made. Below are screenshots:
