Thank you for the reply. Hope you can help me solve this mystery.
Right now, I have I have six paid member subscriptions and none of them have been billed. The Woocommerce payments work fine if people purchase a normal product on the website.
My friend signed up as a test last week, after the seven day trial the first payment was supposed to be January 22. It is now January 23 and there is no sign of a payment in my e-mail, in WordPress, or on Stripe. The order says it is completed in Woocommerce > Orders but it literally says $0.00.
“79474 Kasandra G M Jan 15, 2024 Completed
$0.00 Unknown“In the PMS settings > WooCommerce Subscriptions I have both options checked “Activate product subscriptions” and “Synchronize billing details.”
I’m not sure what else could be wrong.

In reply to: [AI ChatBot for WordPress - WPBot] Can’t customize the iconI know, the website is down now. We are trying to figure it out.
Just another update and this might be helpful to others.
I was able to “unlock” the ebooks and courses by adding “Product Discounts” at the bottom of the subscription and setting it to 100% fo rhte subscription.?However, the customer isn’t redirected and doesn’t receive a follow up email — after checkout, they get a receipt of the purchase but they can’t find the products. Still trying to figure out what to do there.
I’ve submitted a form on your support contact page. I’ve set everything up but can’t seem to get it to work. ??
It seems like when I signed up for the subscription (after creating it with your plugin), all of the courses are unlocked for the registered user (ticking the boxes was not needed). That’s the intended effect, right? Just need to send the customer some follow up so they know how to access everything — the courses don’t show up in the Tutor dashboard.
Hi Cristian, I tested your solution. I clicked the boxes “All subscriptions” and “School of Growth Hacking Exclusive Membership.” I signed up for the subscription. No follow up was sent to the customer after checkout so they are not able to access the order. Also, it seems like all the courses are “unlocked” now even if the user is not enrolled in the course (I only selected three for subscription but now all of them are available to all users): https://schoolofgrowthhacking.com/courses/

Thank you Cristian. Though I’m not certain if that solution will work because up until now, each user has purchased individual courses. So the default user is subscriber. I don’t want to affect the current customers, just make everything available to the annual subscribers if that makes sense.
When I follow your suggestion, I see the content restriction but I’m not sure if checking any of these boxes will do what I am trying to do? Is it clear what I’m trying to do?
It’s kind of like a bundle product, except the bundle offers various courses for lifetime access. I want to restrict it to a one-year subscription.
I’m also having the same problem. If someone purchases the product while not logged in / registered. They receive emails that the order completed but they don’t receive access to the course. I made a 90 second video recording myself trying to sign in and access my course on my site:

In reply to: [Import Social Events] Is there any way to auto populate events?Oh, thanks for the update. Right now, I don’t have a finished website or any revenues. A freemium option would be kinda cool ^_^

In reply to: [Import Social Events] Is there any way to auto populate events?Thank you. I have added the app and authorized it in WordPress, but when I try to import “My Events” the option is gray and not selectable (even though I marked events as Interested).
Also, I want to add it to my home page section using elementor, is there someplace where I find a shortcode and add it in to make it display?

In reply to: [Import Social Events] Is there any way to auto populate events?Okay, thanks for the helpful response. I have no idea how I might go about setting this up though. I want to be able to promote local events and venues from our website.
When I open your plugin in WordPress, I don’t see too many options other than being able to create new events.
