In reply to: [Understrap] about excerptWe have a fix in the works for this. After 0.9.4 was released a change was made to the way that /inc/ files were included that broke the child theme friendliness. That change was in 0.9.5. We have fixed the issue and when 0.9.6 releases, hopefully later today or early tomorrow, this functionality will be restored.

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Overriding CSSThank you. I was breaking my brain with this one.
I’d like to suggest splitting this paragraph into two. The final sentence, while it does specify template files, led me astray, thinking it would include CSS files as well.
You can edit these files in an upgrade-safe way using overrides. Just copy the style.css or any template file you need to a folder within your current active WordPress theme named /wpdiscuz/ and start to customize. When you copy other template files which are located in folders you should create the same folders in the target /wpdiscuz/ folder too. You should keep the same folder/file structure.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] XML Sitemap date filterI didn’t ask for support for custom code. I asked if you had a specific filter for a specific purpose. Since the page you linked doesn’t include anything like it, the answer seems to be simply no, you don’t have a filter for the date in the sitemap.xml files.

Hi Tobias,
Once the DNS resolved I noticed a couple of odd things happening with caches not clearing. I started trying to figure that out and I ended up tracing this issue back to WP Rocket’s HTML minification. If I turn that off in WP Rocket, the responsive tables work as expected, but if I turn it on, they fail to flip.
I’m at a complete loss for why the HTML minification would prevent the flip stylesheet from being loaded, but I have a solution and I don’t think minifying the HTML buys enough performance to trade for responsive tables, so I’m just disabling it on all of our brands.
Thanks for the awesome plugin and for the value you add to this community in general!
Also, Yes the demo table is correctly flipped.
I’m waiting for DNS to propagate now.
_tablepress.scc is just basic styling of cells.
/** * _tablepress.scss */ @import "../../modules/colors"; .entry { .tablepress { font-size: 12px; tfoot a, thead a { color: $white; &:hover { color: $alto; } } th { text-align: center; font-weight: 600; text-shadow: none; padding: 4px 7px; } img { border-width: 0; &.border { border-width: 1px; } } &.th-large { th { font-size: 18px; } } &.td-large { td { font-size: 18px; } } } } .tablepress-responsive-tablet tbody td { white-space: normal; }
As I said above, I switched to TwentySeventeen and disabled all plugins except TablePress and the two extensions and had the same result.

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] Docx conversion errorOne of my clients is getting this error. There is no WooCommerce installed, but we traced the conflict to Yoast. Rolling back to Yoast 14.6.1 restored functionality.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Allow Authors to edit their own SEO values on the profile page.Thank you, Priscilla. I’m already subscribed to the newsletter and I always read the Yoast change logs before updating, so I’ll look for this.
At second glance, it looks like a typo. The entry is there, it’s just labeled as 2.2.3
