In reply to: [WP Product Review Lite] More than 10 Pro/Con/OptionsAs requested, I submitted the contact form with this request a week ago, but I have not received any indication that the email was even received much less any response to the request.
Does it help my case at all that the client I am working with has purchased a pro license?

In reply to: [WP Product Review Lite] Selectively bold pros and consYes, I know how to bold them all, but when everything is bold it is the same as nothing is bold.
If I write code to allow this do you accept pull requests on github maybe?

In reply to: [WP Product Review Lite] Selectively bold pros and consAlso, they don’t have a problem typing in the
<strong>
tag themselves, so if we could just run these through a kses that allowed the tags comments allow, that would let them add links or something else later too.- This reply was modified 6 years, 7 months ago by Dane Morgan.

In reply to: [WP Product Review Lite] Selectively bold pros and consThe client is asking for one each right now, but flexibility is always nice.

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] False Invalid Password ErrorOkay, I walked him through getting the info from the network inspector that he is typing in and what the _POST variable is carrying over are *different* strings.
When I deactivate the TFA plugin for his account and he logs in, it posts the password correctly.

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] False Invalid Password ErrorI’m six or seven states away from the user with the issue. Incidentally, I scanned his code and logged in as him without error.
We already tried logging in from a browser that does not have LastPass installed, and this is all working on five other identical sites.
Do you think trying a different authenticator like Authy or deleting and recreating his account on the site would have any effect?

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] False Invalid Password ErrorSame result when I had him use a browser that does not have the LastPass extension. I also asked him to change his password and try again and w got the same result.
And the odd thing is that he is having no problem on five other websites that all have the same theme and plugin set.

In reply to: [Schema] Schema slows site searchYes. All searches repeated or not take 20 seconds or more to complete while Schema is activated. Deactivate it and they run as normal.
But it only happens on the one server, not on the other. All of the WP, theme, plugins etc are identical.
We installed another plugin to test, and it does not slow search, but it also lacks features. We really want comments in the schema JSON and none of the others seem to include those.

HTTPThe AJAX crawling scheme you are deploying has been deprecated for nearly two years and seems to be causing problems now with the #!parentId fragments being added to the index as separate entries to the main article.
These entries are proving very difficult to remove from the index.
