Before, it was running at 1,400ms. Now its running at 19,600ms

Why should that matter to answer his statement). Check the ones with stellar reputations on here and take some time to see how they’re dealing with complaints.

Were you ever able to contact the developer?

I’m attaching a couple of screenshots. One is right after the upload (the http error). The other is what the Media Library listing looks like. It eventually shows up correctly, but its usually a couple of minutes later.

In reply to: [Networks for WordPress] I would not recommend installing this pluginI’m referring to all of the support request threads of problems with the plugin that have gone unanswered for a year.
Specifically for my installation, I’ve noticed adding a new Network causes the Network Admin section to become unresponsive for several seconds/minutes. I’m guessing it has something to do with the list of networks and no matter what I set the default display to be (10 per page, for instance), the plugin still shows the default 25. We have probably 30 networks, most with only one site but a few with 5-10 sites (as subdomains).
Regardless of my issue in particular, anyone who’s building a business model where the entire infrastructure relies on a plugin that hasn’t been updated/supported in over a year should seriously consider the ramifications of a WordPress update that breaks the plugin.
I’m not a coder, I can usually figure out how something works if I need to, but if you are going to ask the developer about taking over the plugin I’ll help you manage support and such where I can.

In reply to: [Inline Comments] Breaks themeOddly, it now seems to be working. I had a plugin update waiting for me in the backend. I ran it and it seems to be working.
The allowed comments setting is enabled. I think the issue is that you aren’t logged in? Should it be showing a login prompt instead of a blank bubble?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3TC with aws s3 and elastic beanstalk/load balancingChristoph-
Could you run through how you got Total Cache set up on your Beanstalk? We’re stuck after installation. The plugin is running, but there’s this banner at the top:
W3 Total Cache: Default settings are in use. The configuration file could not be read or doesn’t exist. Please [save the setting] to create the file.
When we click the button [save the setting], we get a WordPress “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” error.

In reply to: [Social Slider Feed] Issue with plugin image locationWell, that’s the great thing about the problem!
When “Insert images into Media Library:” is checked, the plugin DOES save _that_ image to the correct location, it just doesn’t do the same thing with the image being displayed in the widget.
What I’m asking is whether you can use the same code from “Insert images into Media Library:” to show the image on the widget front-end. Or to cause the widget to pull the image saved with the checkbox rather than create another one.

In reply to: Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.I’ve deactivated all plugins by renaming the plugins folder, visited the Plugins tab in the Admin (confirming they’re all deactivated), then refreshing the site. Same result.
Also, I’ve restored the site from several older packages with older plugin versions – the result is the same, regardless of which backup I restore from.

In reply to: [Networks for WordPress] Mixing data between networksI don’t think you can fix it. The issue sounds like the Marketpress plugin creates global table entries – i.e. they use the base table and not the wp_2, wp_3, etc site specific ones, so the plugin and its corresponding data is installed on all of the sites, not one particular.
