You do need to download and install the pro version from the link you should have received after purchase. Thanks for the feedback that that’s not clear – we’ll see what we can do to make it so.

The 404 error in your console is for an image that should be present on an installation of Track The Click. Are you seeing other errors? It’s possible your installation is missing more than just that file.

Are you using the pro version? To be sure, the installed plugins list should show “Track The Click Pro”.

There is a “Download as CSV” on any clicks graph page, at the right under the graph, above the results table.

Hi Joris, sorry for the delay in responding to your email. We were discussing this issue here to work out the right fix. I’ll post again here when we get it worked out!

At the moment there is no way to do this within the plugin. You could use the Pro version to download CSV reports and filter them locally.

We’ll add this to our features request list, but as ever I can’t give any word on when it might reach the top of that list, or when we might add this funcitonality.

The Pro edition of Track The Click allows you to export data as a CSV file.

Version 0.3.15 has just been released with a fix for this issue.

Track The Click doesn’t store any personally identifiable information, so you are not able to use it to track individual users. It does store a timestamp for each click which is what you’re seeing on the statistics page.
