@muneebkiani thanks for your concern, no one has pointed out it before. These files are not deleted automatically. We will add a tab in upcoming versions which will show all the orphaned files. There will be an option to clean up files automatically.

@itsmir your requested feature has been added to the plugin. You will see “Create Shortcut” icon in upcoming version.

Please export your settings from Advanced Settings > Import / Export > Export. We will check it on our end.

@nrs91 please make sure you have turned OFF auto split option from general settings.

@juanjobt I have checked it with WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips it is copying meta to cloned order as you can see in screenshot. Can you explain it how are you assigning meta to items?

@ttiagorrodrigues we have tried to reproduce the issue with mentioned plugin on our end but we could not reproduce it. Please reach us through our demo site so we can recreate the scenario and resolve the issue.

@nmballa you can custom split on basis of quantity. There are three options in quantity split.

1. Default (All qty. to x1)
2. Custom (Split only defined values)
3. Eric Logic (Selected+Defined items/quantity into new order)

You can use Custom (Split only defined values) to make it work for you scenario.

For example user ordered the following quantities

• Beanie x4
• Gloves x7

Add meta on order edit page by editing item as shown in the screenshot. Save items and select Split Order from order actions then click the arrow to perform a split.

You will receive two order one with the following quantity:

• Beanie x3
• Gloves x5

And other with the following quantity:

• Beanie x1
• Gloves x2

After the split you can change order status as per your requirement.

Before split make sure to turn OFF Auto Split from General Settings tab.

Have we misunderstood that this is not a feature in the free version?

Group by Vendors and Remove items from parent order are not in the FREE version.

@avdbos we have resolved these warnings in new version. Please update the plugin.

These are not errors these are warnings/notices appear when debug is ON. However we will resolve it.

The auto split function works, but it clones the order and we get two orders with the same price as the total first ordered. We want to have two orders separated, one too each vendor.

I have checked Group by Vendors (User Role) method. It is splitting the order as each order has one vendor’s items. If you turn ON Remove item from parent order on split from general settings tab, you parent order will be empty and you will get two orders, one for each vendor.

There is no need to notice either the user or vendors when an order is placed, this is only a function that will work internally for us.

You can turn OFF split overview or vendors name under items on checkout page.
