I attempted before with a default theme and it was still there, not sure why but the issue is alredy resolved and the mistake is gone

Hi and thank you for your response,

I had the system set up un such way that it was showing error codes to visitors, I changed that and the error got away, we are testing all to make sure there’s nothing bad and it seems to be working fine even if the mistake is still there but not being shown.

The widget is the one that says “Productos de WooCommerce” the translation is Woocommerce Products.

I’m using elementor and my theme is blocksy.

I made the basic troubleshooting and I’m 100% sure the mistake is not related to a plugin aside woocommerce

I was finally able to fix the issue, thank you so much for your assistance ??

I tried editing wp-config.php and then functions.php, both of this mistakes made the page crash.

Tbh I don’t care that much of the site being on https://www.mydomain.com/wp, but all the items from the menus don’t work and give me error 500 when accessing

Also, if you guy know how can I make https://mydomain.com go to the page I would appreciate it a lot or if the /wp is a must, how can I redirect all visits from https://mydomain.com to https://mydomain.com/wp
