In reply to: [Hey Notify] Tournament / Teams / Matches creationHello @zeko5851,
Ok, this sounds like an event trigger based on a Custom Post Type. Can you tell me exactly what event triggers you have set up and what is happening in WordPress that you are expecting to trigger the notification?

In reply to: [Hey Notify] Translation not workingTry using Loco Translate to “Relocate” the translation to either the “Custom” or “System” location.
This will also prevent your translations from being overwritten when an update for Hey Notify is installed.

In reply to: [Church Data Connect for Church Community Builder] Embed Donation FormHello Kenny,
For security reasons, Church Community Builder does not allow you to embed any of their forms on your own website. I quickly looked over all of CCB’s Preferred Service Providers for Online Giving and didn’t see any that allowed it either.
I would recommend GiveWP for accepting donations on your own site, but it does not have an integration with Church Community Builder.

In reply to: [Hey Notify] WooCommerce compatiblitlyHello @satoriprod,
While Hey Notify does support Custom Post Types (CPT), it does not support WooCommerce specifically. All CPTs have Draft, Pending, Published, Scheduled, Updated, and Trash actions, but WooCommerce order statuses are different. We do have plans to create a WooCommmerce add-on for Hey Notify, but have not started working on it yet.

In reply to: [Hey Notify] Creating Custom Post Types NOT Working@dimu Can you elaborate on what you mean by “modified webhook”?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Hey Notify] Creating Custom Post Types NOT Working@dimu We just released an update (v1.3.0) that adds a button to the Settings page that allows you to refresh the list of known Custom Post Types.

In reply to: [Hey Notify] Creating Custom Post Types NOT WorkingIf the Custom Post Type was created after Hey Notify was installed (or programmatically like the Custom Post Type UI plugin does), you’ll need to activate or deactivate a plugin (any plugin) in order for Hey Notify to refresh its list of Post Types. In the next release, we will add a button that will allow you to manually refresh the list.

In reply to: [Hey Notify] Creating Custom Post Types NOT WorkingI will play around with the Custom Post Type UI plugin to see if there is a setting or something to get it working. I’ll reply here with what I find.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Hey Notify] Creating Custom Post Types NOT WorkingThere is an option under Hey Notify > Settings in the WordPress Dashboard to display private Custom Post Types. Once you uncheck that checkbox and save the settings, it should show up for you.

In reply to: [Hey Notify] After plugin install wordpress crashesI am so sorry for the issue you’re having.
So far, I have been unable to duplicate this issue with those plugins. Where are you hosting your site?
