I just get back here because i remember my promise to Sujay about being a loyal supporter of AIOSRS :p

The problem you can not use AIOSRS in wordpress with woocommernce are :
1. woocommerce already put a simple schema.org code
2. woocommerce is suck in documentation, simply you couldn’t rely on their documentation

Unfortunately, I myself forgot which code exactly I’ve changed, since I didn’t make a neat note of it

anyway as far as I could remember, you just need your notepad ++ and find in all files , something with “og:”. There you will find several lines of code, and you just need to change it as it is explained in the schema.org guideline about rich snippet

last but not least, the end result would be looks like in this site: DVD kosong. click on one of the product, and you can check it out here.

It seems i finally find a solution for integrating woocommerce + AIOSRS
in my site : https://cdkosong.com

The way is : to simply delete the code from woocommerce that providing default microdata. As Sunjay previously stated the microdata between woocommerce and AIOSRS is conflicting, so you must give up one of them. (at my situation, I did delete the woocommerce microdata, and make AIOSRS become very useful once again)

FYI, the file in woocommerce is located at :
/public_html/wp-content/themes/theretailer

oh one more thing, make sure u use theme child when editing the source code : https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes

Coming to the issue, WooCommerce integrates Schema.org MicroData code on products by itself. So – it does’t make sense to use AIOSRS on pages / posts where you are pasting WooCommerce shortcode. –> But it is possible to integrate both microdata provided by woocommerce and AIOSRS ?

Because even in the woocommerce product page, if you set AIORS as a “review” NOT “product”, it displayed excelently ( the stars do come out along with the reviewer name). But if you set it as “product” the display become broken (no stars, no anything). IMHO, that is just a bit of microdate conflict happen in there.

Please Sunjay, I really need both plugin to running togethere (which I believe alot of people do), If you just able to fix this issue, I’ll be really-really grateful, and more than happy to donate for the plugin development ??

fyi, as you instructed I have installed the developer version of AIOSRS
on my https://cdkosong.com

I have found that woocommerce is might be the one who cause the conflict, because when i turn off woocommerce the stars do come out (when tested with rich snippet tools)

But what make it very interesting when i set the the AIORS in a product as “item review” the stars do come out, along with the reviewer name.

you know I can’t give up on woocommerce, because that is the main plugin of my e-commerce site, but i also love AIOSRS very much!

Hi thanks for the reply mate! It’s all solved now..big horaaay after hours of frustating moment ??

apparently the email is not fail to send, but it sent only to logged in user (which is only [email protected] itself)

so what i was doin is just : activate the subscription to all registered user…and zap..the email sent like a charm!

oh ya sending mail (from send email option) is working well. but when it comes to email preview it fails.

and i’ve just realized when i try preview email from setting option, i got my email ([email protected]) sending to itself 3 times. So this is really weird it is actually sending to its own address instead of subscriber’s email addresses??

please help
