Thanks for getting back I just discovered that the issue was causing because of “WooCommerce Subscriptions” plugin, I have deactivated that plugin for now will activate after getting the latest version and then will check again.

I am also getting same error, I have all the checklist you mentioned above are done even I got the latest version of plugin 4.2.0 installed but still getting same error:

As mentioned earlier I am not using hashtag I am using “by profile” option & I have linked my profile as well. Also everything was fine before updating the plugin, after updating plugin It has stopped working & showing error as well, as mentioned in my last reply. I am using this shortcode [enjoyinstagram_mb].

I am using carousel & I have linked my instagram account with it no public hashtag.

In admin plugin page it is showing following error multiple times:

“An error occurred while syncing the media: Error validating access token: Session has expired on Monday, 18-Jan-21 11:16:44 PST. The current time is Tuesday, 23-Feb-21 12:03:55 PST.”

After I installed version 6.0.2 now it is saying on frontend:

“There are not media published by you with the hashtag marksummerscasting. Please choose a different hashtag or publish a picture with the hashtag chosen and try again.”

Please check it & let me know.
