    Hi Mouli,

    I setup a plain vanilla website with newest WordPress and installed newest WooCommerce. Then I had the error message with the ‘wp_wc_reserved_stock’ table again. So I deleted that table and ran the script as you suggested. The error still appeared. Next I set the table_prefix in wpconfig.php to lowercase. After that the website wasn’t accessible anymore, so I changed it back as it was before. Surprisingly the error shown is now gone :-).

    Hope this also fixes the problem on my productive website. Still for me it’s a little strange that it’s now working when it has been set back as it was before.

    Hi @rynald0s,

    Thank you for the quick response.

    No I’m not using WooCommerce Blocks. Just installed WordPress and WooCommerce on a new subdomain from scratch, that’s it.

    And yes I tried all variations of the suggested solutions.

    I also checked the access rights of the user and they are ok.

    Hi Cais,

    Thank you for sending me the reset tool. I ran it several times and first it didn’t work. Then I removed the NexGen Gallery plugin completely, ran the reset tool several times again and reinstalled the NexGen gallery again. Now everything (the menu…) shows up correctly.

    After that I tried to upload photos. After seeing progress in the upload I was confident it’s working but suddenly exlamation marks showed up next to the uploaded files. First they were orange and the hover text showed ‘using runtime: html5’, later it turned red. After upload of all files it took a few seconds and the uploaded files disappeared. Then a message ‘An unexpected error occured. This is most likely due to a server misconfiguration. Check your PHP error log or ask your hosting provider for assistance.’ popped up.

    After searching on the support webpage I found this post ‘https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/uploading-images-48’ but the recommended change of the permalink settings in the settings page of wordpress didn’t work for my installation.

    Any idea what’s going wrong?

    Hi,

    In the meanwhile I fixed the issue. Had to reset the images to original size in the media part of WordPress. Now it works. But still it’s strange what happened here.
