Replace companion plugin using FTP. Problem Solved
Now new update from companion and theme asked in wordpress panel, but both of the cause error message, and cant update to the last version

When i update the theme, no update of companion was available in the plugins section

Same problem, but i cant access to mu wordpress plugin section.
How do you solve it?
