I had the same issue. The plugin stopped working after an update. But it looks like the reason is that the settings got wiped. I went to Settings > Advanced > reselected the “Heading levels” and clicked “Update Options. This fixed it.

This plugin is the best one I’ve found so far a I love it! But you are right, it would be awesome to be able to include or exclude certain pages and / or control individual pages. I don’t think it has this feature at the moment but would love it know if it’s in the roadmap! ??

Just to confirm, I install MLA Insert Fixit and once that’s done, navigate to the Tools/Insert Fixit screen and scroll down to the “Copy ALT Text between Media Library items and Post/Page inserts” tool.

Howdy! I love this plugin so far. I was hoping that there would be a simple way to reorder the way the FAQs display. I created 5 FAQs but they show up starting from #5 and work back to #1 which is backward. I tried using the shortcode with id #’s but this is not working properly for some reason. Anyway, just thought I’d leave a comment asking about this feature as well. Thank you!

This is just a side note on the Schema. If a page has no reviews on it yet, the Schema is still being implemented via your plugin which gives Google reviewCount errors. See screenshot: https://goo.gl/ExqiaE. It’s just a thought, but you may want to have your plugin not have Review Schema on pages that haven’t collected any reviews yet.

Thank you. I believe you have it right then. So when I “turn on interactive hits” the setting is on “false”?

I believe Google has made it confusing for everyone because they use the term “non-interactive hits” instead of “interactive hits”.

Here is the way Google has it set up right now:
Non-Interactive Hit = False (counts as an interactive hit)
Non-Interactive Hit = True (does not count as an interactive hit)

Does this help at all?

Just a quick question on the new functionality, which button in this screenshot sends the non-interactive hit as “true” and which button sends it as “false”?

I think many of your users would find this feature very useful. Typically, if someone visits a single web page and takes an action (such as filling out a form or clicking on a phone number to call), it is still counted as a bounce in Google Analytics because they only visited one page and then left.

I personally would not call that a bounce since the individual did complete a conversion.

Having the feature that I requested above in your plugin would allow your plugin users to decide whether or not an action taken on a single page visit would count as a bounce in Google Analytics.

Just to help clarify, Google says “However, when this value is set to true, the type of event hit is not considered an interaction hit.” in this documentation here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1033068#NonInteractionEvents. I know it’s a little confusing! ??

If the non-interactive hit is set as “true” then it does not count as an interactive event which would explain why the bounce rates I’m seeing are higher now that I use this plugin. This means that if someone lands on a page, fills out a form and leaves, it will still be counted as a bounce because the non-interactive event data being sent is either blank or true by default.

Are there any settings for this with your plugin or will there be plans to address this issue in the future? I’d like to be able to set non-interactive hits as “false” using your plugin if possible.
