Hello,

it is not a theme that declares support for SportPress. I’m just helping someone.

The point is that just the [player_gallery] shortcode shows that CSS code and it is a plain, easy theme that uses standard the_content(); function. It makes no sense to me.

I assume that it is related to this part of the code: https://prnt.sc/swxLFz3rOJre but I have really no clue.

EDIT!

I’ve found what is causing the issue. The theme has to support html5 markup for a gallery:

add_theme_support( 'html5', array('gallery') );

Hi,

– it is online server from well-known hosting company . no special server setup.
– no other plugins are used
– it is fresh WordPress installation
– default 2017 theme

And it is issue with whole save/publish functionality (not just autosave).

I’m facing this issue as well

Console shows:

…wp-json/wp/v2/posts/4786/autosaves
[HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden 480ms]

– it is online server,
– no other plugins activated
– not possible to create/publish new post or edit old one
– plugins version: 3.5.0

and I filter locations: https://prnt.sc/jql66b then I’m getting that “wrong ‘slug’ in the url”

No it is not themes default behavior. And it is not related to the Twenty Sixteen theme only.

Two themes and result is the same:

– if Simple Event Planner is deactivated search functionality (from post content) is working,
– if Simple Event Planner is activated search functionality (from post content) is not working,

I’m asking once again, will be fix for this or should I rate plugin and move.

You have to edit “custom field” in add/edit post screen:

In the custom field area, enter the Name as “screen” and the
Value as the “url” of the image (with 500px x 300px resolution).

There is New Version with some changes:

1. Featured Images in Slideshow:

In the custom field area, enter the key as screen and the value as the url of the image (400 px x 222 px)*.

2. Featured Text in Slideshow:

In the ecxerpt field, enter your text.

* All other thumbnails will be automaticlly resized!
