I understand that you are having some errors in your console related to the plugin. However, inspecting the page you shared from my end I could not see the same error.
Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Log, and check if you have any recent error logs available there? If there are any, can you please share them here.

I understand that you want your user to autogenerate their password at checkout.
You can achieve this by unchecking the When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password in WooCommerce>> Settings>> Account Privacy >> Account creation.

I understand your filtered order report is not being delivered to your email
From your system status report, I see you have installed WP Mail Logging, could you check if the email is being generated and sent out? Email logs are displayed under WP dashboard > Tools > WP Mail Log.
Also, you could filter within a smaller data range such that the data is only on a single page then download the CSV by clicking the Download button in the table header. This way you can determine if the file is being generated.

I understand that your WooCommerce analytics does not show any data.
Since you have done all the troubleshooting beforehand, could you uninstall and reinstall WooCommerce again, this will only delete the plugin’s files and not your data.
If this does not resolve the issue, can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Log, and check if you have any recent error logs available there? If there is any, can you please share that with me to check this issue further?

I would suggest replacing your theme with the default WooCommerce theme: storefront and see if the issue resolves. In case you want to keep the theme, I would recommend reaching out to the theme author to help you resolve the issue.

The fatal errors from the logs seem to be from this plugin, you could uninstall it or reach out to the plugin’s support to resolve them.
Once this is done, I would recommend you disconnect and reconnect your Google account (under the Google Account title) making sure you select/enable the required permissions. Please follow the instructions on this documentation.

Thank you for the system status report.
However, this is strange and I would recommend checking for any conflict with your theme, added code snippets, or with another plugin (sometimes plugin updates can cause this).

The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Sorry to hear the issue still persists. However, I checked your site and I could not see the appended URL as before, is the issue resolved?

Also, from the error logs, I would recommend uninstalling this plugin and purging your permalinks if you no longer use this plugin. If you do, I would recommend reaching out to this plugin support.

To have your customer create an account and log in before checkout: Go to
WooComemrce >> Settings>> Accounts & Privacy
and change the Guest checkout settings toAllow customers to log in to an existing account during checkout
will not continue to place the order unless they are approved members?
The WooCommerce core does not come with this functionality, but you can achieve this using a plugin such as Approve New User Registration. You can create a presale ticket before purchasing the plugin.
