In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to set up the best navigation and URLsHey @racoondev
I understand you want to know how to set up pages in WooCommerce. However, checking your website it looks like you have set your navigation pages already, could you elaborate more on what you want to achieve.
However here are some resources that can help.
How to Use WordPress and WooCommerce Shortcodes: https://learnwoo.com/how-to-use-wordpress-and-woocommerce-shortcodes/
How tell WooCommerce what pages to use: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#tell-woocommerce-what-pages-to-use

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce translateHey @superusernils
I understand you cannot find the option ‘From:’ on the source text particularly using the loco plugin. However, we do not support third-party plugins on these forums, so I recommend contacting them on their forum page. Another option would be to write a custom code to translate the option.
You could also consider other plugins like Webis Multilingual for WooCommerce that are built with WooCommerce in mind. Check to see if it is something you can consider and create a presales ticket with us if you have any questions about it.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error during cloningHey @portodiakofti
To understand the setup of your cloned website could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Hey @hyp0xia
Here’s the problem. The shipping information isn’t included at all in the “order complete” email to the customer. So the tracking information isn’t being sent to them.
I would suggest using the Shipment Tracking extension that can help with this goal – check to see if it is something you can consider and create a presales ticket with us if you have any questions about it.
And lastly, when you create a new account after checkout, using the same email as the email used for billing – the order doesn’t even show up under “orders” when the user is logged in
This kind of problem often happens when there is a conflict with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] edit total price order manually woocommerceHi @venciewine
You should see a pencil icon just next to the total price of the product.
However, this could happen if your order status is not either in ‘Pending payment’ or ‘On hold’. Try to change the order status to either of these options and see if the edit (pencil) icon would appear.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] edit total price order manually woocommerceHi @venciewine
I understand you want to edit an order created manually.
You can only change the total of a manual order if the order status is either ‘Pending payment’ or ‘On hold’. If the order status is completed it would not be possible to edit the total of the manual order.
You can read about it here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#editing-or-adding-order-items

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add a slider on the top of the shop gameHey @jorgeperez234
This looks like a theme customization issue.
We do not support third-party themes on these forums, so I recommend contacting the theme’s support team.
Kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Analytics – Undefined index: key “id” and “value”Hey @kayahnung
I could not reproduce this issue on my end, with similar system settings but with PHP version 7.4.1, could you update your PHP to a version higher than 7.4.
If the issue persists, this would probably be caused by a conflict with another plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to make Rate limiting setting for woocommerce coupon codeHey @su89
I understand that you’re looking for a way to add the rate-limiting setting for the WooCommerce coupon code.
However, the core WooCommerce plugin does not come with an option. You can get such functionality from a plugin or through custom coding.
We have the WooCommerce Coupon Restrictions extension that can help with this goal – check to see if it is something you can consider and create a presales ticket with us if you have any questions about it.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Yet Another WooCommerce BugCould you please share an uncropped screenshot of what you see when adding a product? You can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.
When I click on the page itself on the site, it creates an error.
This could be caused by the index.php displayed on your URL, which often contributes to the 404-page missing error. Here is how you can remove it: Go to Setting > Permalinks and change the permalink structure to ‘post name’. Do not forget to save the changes.
Hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] related product showing default permalinkHey @pointsense
I understand that you have broken permalinks on your WordPress.
Here are a few steps that can help resolve the issue:
Reset the permalink settings, you had mentioned with you have done this.
Reset the WordPress .htaccess file with the default Code, then check if this resolves the issue.
