This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If this does not resolve the issue, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for sending us the status report, however, there is not much we can get from the status report.
Could you provide us with a copy of your Fatal Error Logs> (if available?) You can find it under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

I understand you want to add the shipment tracking number to your orders.
The WooCommerce core does not support this, but you can get such functionality from a plugin or through custom coding.
We have the Shipment Tracking extension that may provide the functionality, check to see if it is something you can consider, and create a presales ticket with us if you have any questions.

I understand you are looking for a way your client can manage WooCommerce from the front end.
The WooCommerce core does not come with this functionality, but you can achieve this through custom coding or using a plugin.
Since we do not provide custom coding here, I would suggest searching for ” WooCommerce frontend (shop) manager plugins” either on Google search or the WordPress plugin page here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tags/search/
