I can confirm this, Analytics by Yoast is currently NOT tracking mailto: links, but it should according to the docs I think.

Yes, the default theme is giving me the same errors. But, you got me thinking, the blog slug only appears on the main site, so if I can somehow, easily, transform the ‘main/default’ site to another site, my problem doesn’t exist anymore I assume. Do you know of an easy way to move the main site into a new site within the multisite installation?

Edit; Got the site changed to a sub directory, and having another site as root, and pagination working perfectly. Now I run into another problem; I can’t add the images from root media upload to /sites/1/ ??

I think it does what you want, and I’m using it on one of my sites in development, and so far things look pretty good for sharing content between websites.
