Nevermind! I managed to download a copy of the theme and reupload it via ftp, now I’m back on track! Thank you so much for your help! I’m creating a backup of the website right now!

Am I able to switch themes through ftp or my file manager if I cannot access my dashboard?

I’ve got quite a few plugins, mostly to do with the Genesis framework.

No, I don’t have a backup, I’ve only just installed a new theme and foolishly forgot to back it up before I started messing around with it.

I am using a child theme, but I’m unsure of what to do to restore the original theme… hopefully there’s a solution that doesn’t involve me losing all the work I’ve done to the site’s layout. =S

I’m having a similar problem on my site, https://www.blueberryvintage.com.au/

I have the widget installed on my home and mail poet running in the background. I have checked my mail poet plugin and it is capable of sending out emails but when I put in my information into the genesis enews extended form it appears to do nothing. No data is added to my list in mail poet and no confirmation email is sent out.

I’m sure that I am just missing something here, but do you have any idea where I might be going wrong?
