In reply to: [ACF: Better Search] Site Search Times Out (502)Hi @jyoti197,
I’ve deactivated every plugin except Cool Timeline and switched to the WordPress Twenty Twenty-One theme and the problem persists.
Furthermore, to confirm this wasn’t an active theme or plugin conflict issue, I created a brand new WordPress install which uses the Twenty Twenty-One theme, and added only the Cool Timeline plugin. On this new WordPress install the problem still occurs.
I’ve reached out to the technical plugin support and will reference this thread.
Thanks.
Hi @baljitdhanjal,
You can see an example here: https://nfedstaging.wpengine.com/nfed-history/
It’s worth noting that I’ve added custom styles to make the first story’s content match the rest of the story content, but if you inspect the first story’s content you’ll see that the content is output directly within the div, not within a paragraph element.
Thanks.

In reply to: [ACF: Better Search] Site Search Times Out (502)Hi @mateuszgbiorczyk, I’d rather not post a database dump here. Is there another way I could get you this information?
Hey @wpkaren,
Thanks for getting back to me!
I went ahead and used the contact form you linked.
To answer your questions, there are no console errors, and this is happening in the following browsers that I tested in: Chrome, Firefox, Edge.
The “Match all conditions” checkbox doesn’t show as checked until after the Widgets page is reloaded after saving the widget.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Black Studio TinyMCE Widget] Can’t Save Widget ChangesHey @marcochiesi, just circling back to let you know what I found. The issue we’re dealing with seems to be a bug within the Jetpack plugin Widget Visibility module.
I’ve create a plugin support issue within that plugin so you can close this one out.
Thanks so much!

In reply to: [ACF: Better Search] Site Search Times Out (502)Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
As soon as we noticed the issue we had reverted back to plugin version 3.8.1.
Everything works as expected in that version, and the search doesn’t time out.

In reply to: [ACF: Better Search] Site Search Times Out (502)Hey @mateuszgbiorczyk,
I’m really sorry about the delay.
Yes, the site that the search times out on has significantly fewer posts than the site that the search works fine for.
Yes, the sites are on the same server – it’s 2 sites on the same WordPress multisite.
There are a couple of differences in the plugin settings between the sites:
- The problematic site has “Lite Mode” enabled.
- The problematic site has the “Search for whole phrases instead of each single word of phrase” feature enabled.
Let me know if there’s any other information I can provide.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Fatal Error Programmatically Deleting Taxonomy TermsHey @suascat_wp, thanks for taking a look. These steps didn’t help the issue.
That being said, I had also created a GitHub issue for this, so I think it’s safe to close this out.

In reply to: [ACF: Better Search] Site Search Times Out (502)Hey @mateuszgbiorczyk, I must’ve missed the email when you replied here, I apologize for that.
To answer your question, there are 2224 rows in the wp_2_posts table, and 35040 rows in the wp_2_postmeta table.
It’s only one subsite within a multisite that this issue occurs on, and the other subsite that works fine has 5 times the number of records in the posts and postmeta tables.
I just tried updating the plugin again and version 4.0.0 still causes this issue.
Any help would be appreciated. For now I’ve downgraded the plugin again.
Thanks.
Hi @vixperth, thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, at this point there isn’t a way to export a list of the opportunities someone has RSVP’d for.
This is highly requested though and hopefully we can get to it soon.
As a workaround, you could copy and paste the list of opportunities a volunteer has RSVP’d for into a spreadsheet.
Here are the steps:
- Visit the admin screen where you would normally view the volunteer’s information, including which opportunities they’ve RSVP’d for.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, beneath the “Volunteer Opportunities” heading, you should see a list of the one-time and flexible opportunities the volunteer has signed up for.
- Use your mouse to highlight all of the opportunities.
- Right click on your mouse and choose to copy the content.
- Open up a spreadsheet in your favorite tool, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Right click in the cell where you want the data to appear and choose to paste it. The data should show up in a way that allows you to modify and format it.
We know this isn’t a perfect solution but hopefully it will help! Let us know if you have any other questions or there’s anything else we can help out with.
This is still an issue in plugin version 7.17.0.
For clarification, starting in version 7.16.0, events aren’t recorded/captured in the Google Analytics universal property at all.
Using the Google Analytics Debugger Chrome extension, I see the following:
Processing GTAG command: ["event", "submission", {event_category: "Form", event_action: "submission", event_label: "Newsletter Sign Up (Sidebar) (ID: 4)"}] Sending event "submission" to undefined
Can I get any update about what could be causing the issue, or if there’s a fix in the works?
We’re experiencing this issue as well and have been since plugin version 7.16.0. As @aprilholle mentioned, this is still a problem in 7.17.0.
Could we please get some information about the issue, or at least an acknowledgement that the MonsterInsights team is aware of the issue?
