The Feedburner emails are pretty basic. For nicely formatted e-newsletters try using a service like https://www.nouri.sh. Their wordpress widget allows users to subscribe easily. You also get a lot more control over the look and feel of the delivery of your content. I can’t recommend it enough, it added 10% traffic to my website.

You may also be interested to take a look at this plugin, which enables your blog to be multilingual, even if you don’t have professional translators, it integrates with third party API’s to use a paid for service.
