Hi Simon / Anyone else,

Thank you very much for this. I followed your guide and it got me to the log in screen and allowed me to log in to wordpress which is aweosme but the site appears the same as it did before with no layout.

I tried to go to appearance in wp-admin but the theme I was using wasnt there. only the twentyten theme

Any ideas?

Just for more information here is a link to the site.

https://abodelets.com/wordpress – it was working at this directory fine earlier. When I changed the WordPress address (URI)& Blog address (URI): and pressed save before moving i had a 404 page.

As you can see now I can’t even access the wp-admin.

The closest I can get to logging in is by using this link: (again as if no css present)

When i use the username and password i get an error stating

“Error 500 – Internal server error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.”

Pulling my hair out over it as I really do not know where to start on getting this resolved.
