thanks! Actually i solved my problem yesterday updating the theme (avada) too, thanks to @wffolkes for the advide. now everything works fine.
Previous to that i tried to update the builder alone (fusion builder on Avada) but nothing changed so i guessed the main reason of this not to function properly was the theme and the way the should comunicate with woocommerce.
