I have the same probem.
I am using custom e-mail templates but not for the Ready to Pickup and Picked Up e-mails. In the local pickup display customizer it does not display the table at all.

You are assuming correctly, plugin is activated and I am trying to add the API Token. I am not using network or multisite.

Hosting indeed was blocking PUT but they opened it. However the script still does not work. Tested it with Chrome and Firefox (latest versions).

Product Tables advises that I should not cash the table if I run your plugin. I noticed their information is a bit outdated so does this advice still stand? Or can I enable cash with your plugin?
