We updated the theme and everything worked.

And I’m back, that was quick.

Turns out it was a problem with my theme, Katla.

Just chiming in to say I’m having the same problem. Since 4.3 update, I can’t publish.

The javascript console says:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘length’ in 0
load-scripts.php:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use ‘in’ operator to search for ‘length’ in 0

Nice plugin. It works nice and easily. I haven’t had time to play with it much.

But I have the same question. I noticed that on your demo site, it hides the comment form.
How do I set this up myself? I didn’t understand your reply to the original poster. Where is the “Hide Show Button Identifier” that I can add “.comment-respond” to?

I’m on Genesis framework. Simple child theme.

Which code should I use? Do I have to worry about something not working again in the future?
