Is this how its going to be in order to do anything? I am sorry to say that I am disappointed.

The form builder is suppost to be drag and drop, however it not east and just look at the amount of effort I have had to put with support thus far and the custom code you have had to write for a simple form to work.

Support topics thus far…

For an attachment to be attached to an email as it was not
For a list of options to align as they did not
Alignment of the first, middle and last name.
For some basic formatting of the form as its layout is confusing.
To add a picture to a form – code required, hardly drag & drop.

HI JUST RE-READ MY OWN COMMENT AND HAVE CORRECTED.

I also need to sort out the ‘Reason for Referral’ alignment underneath the two pictures & I am not sure why the text is GREEN?.. Ideally I’d like to get Green headings and for the rest of the text to be BLACK.

Its all a bit messy and confusing for anyone using the form… Any ideas how I can make it a little more structured / understandable, please?

For example the options (Text in green that we can put a tick next too) do not look clickable.

Really need to finish this off now as the creation of 1x contact form has been going on for 2 weeks!

I use Outlook daily and have done for many years for all my businesses.

I would much prefer if the attachment themselves were attached but failing that a link would work!

Here in lies the problem.

In the UK most addresses do not have a line 2.

They have;

12 Hazlewell road
Bearwood
West Midlands
B17 9TU

** Plus, that was not clear to me as it kept putting RED under the postcode, therefore I would doubt that it will be clear to someone leaving a referral.

What do you propose?
