It all depends if you are using the free version or the pro version of RCP.

If you are using the Free version – you can set the restrictions based on the customer’s user role.

If you are using the Pro version – you can set the restrictions based on the Membership Levels, user role, and access level. You can also set the Membership Levels to be inactive and manually provide the Membership Level to provide access to the restricted content for certain customers.

You can change the default number of Membership Levels that are displayed on the registration page by adding the id attribute to the shortcode.

Customers cannot pause their subscriptions themselves, but Admin can through the payment gateway.
Pausing payments will expire the customer’s subscription within RCP when renewal time occurs, however, this can be updated when re-activating one’s payment.

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, this has not yet been added to our Pro version. We do have a Feature Request regarding this.
That being said, I am unsure if or when that change will be implemented.

Hi,

The free version only allows you to add buttons to the pages and customize the buttons. The Pro version allows you to track the progress and view the number of users, including the individual users who complete the buttons/courses and then some.

Do you have the Pro version or the Free version. The Free version, Restrict Content doesn’t add a registration page.
