I am having this issue too. I’ve tried everything. Anyone know how to fix?

Yeah, it wasn’t the theme or plugin conflict. Somehow the javascript for the plugin corrupted. I totally uninstalled and reinstalled an earlier version. Problem solved. (And if anyone else has to do this, you don’t lose all your products when you do this.)

I totally regret purchasing it yesterday. I spent all day setting it up, only to have the update fix it. Then, when I tried to get the LEGENDARY SUPPORT promised, I couldn’t login. I’ve tried all day to get support to help me. But first they sent me a new password (which wasn’t the issue). Then about 18 hours later I get a 2nd email saying they are busy and that I shouldn’t expect support for 24-48 hours (but on weekends) and maybe a different browser or going incognito would help. NOPE.

Now nothing for several hours. So a 2nd day of trying and I am going to have to give up and find something else.

This seemed so promising. I’m so upset as I really liked this. But I can’t purchase the add on I need–which I needed done today–but I have to login to do that.

Still having this problem. I got one response which again thinks I’m an idiot (try a different browser or clearing cache). NOPE! Doesn’t work!!

So apparently, you get one response every 24 hours–but not on weekends. Geesh do I regret buying this product!

Finally got a response which again provided NO HELP! Still can’t login to the site to get the legendary support that was promised. Here’s what they said:

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had a less than stellar time with our products and our support. We work hard to build great products and to make our customers happy.

Although I’m very sorry for any frustration that you may be experiencing there, I’d like to set some expectations for you regarding response times. As outlined on our website, it may be 24 – 48 hours before we respond to a ticket, and we do not generally provide support over weekends. While we aim to be as fast as we can, (as evidenced by our response to your email yesterday in under an hour), we ask for your patience during periods of peak support activity.

Repeated requests will not push your inquiry to the top of the queue. If our standard response times will not work for the needs of your project, we can move forward with the refunded you previously suggested.

Now, I think your problem can be resolved by logging on to TheEventsCalendar.com using a different browser, or by using an incognito window. I also suggest clearing all cookies for our site and trying to log in again. This should solve the problem.

    Best,

    LaToya

Oh, and because I posted about my experience on their Facebook page, they blocked me. (I used no insults or foul language but was asking for help. Apparently, they want to avoid negative issues.)

I guess I’m going to have to get that refund now.

Nothing to fix this? Dang, I am really regretting trying this plugin. I am going to have to go with something else now.

Okay, I uninstalled ALL the plugins and the theme.

STILL HAD THE ERROR. Date picker did not work.

It isn’t a conflict with another plugin. I have a troubleshooter plugin installed that allows me to disable all themes and plugins (Health Check & Troubleshooting). And when I did that, the date picker still didn’t work.

And I still have the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: dateInput.datepicker is not a function
        at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> (events-manager.js?ver=5.95:741)

This does not seem to have worked. I installed Use Google Libraries, which I thought was supposed to resolve Jquery issues. I don’t understand how the date picker can work on the back end, but not the front end.

I figured it out. I uninstalled it. Downloaded the app and the installed it manually instead of through WordPress. This fixed the issue.

Okay, I turned on the limit js file loading. Still won’t work front end or back end. I keep getting the same error: Dates must have correct formatting. Please use the date picker provided.

But no date picker shows up.

I also installed Use Google Libraries. Nothing. I have a troubleshooter plugin that deactivates all plugins and themes. Used that and it didn’t work. This is extremely frustrating because I can’t get this to work and I’d really like to use it.
