the resolution is too big, in order to avoid the problems, please use a smaller resolution.

1800 x 1200 if big enough.

I think you must setup properly the cache plugin and your server is really slow even with cache plugin on it.

We just tested under Wp 3.9 ,
Oqey Gallery Version 1.0.2
Theme Twenty Fourteen

No errors are detected.

Try to delete all skins, clean the trash.

Delete the plugin.

Re-install the plugin again.

Install a new skin.

Be sure to have in wp-config.php –
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

Do you have installed any oQey Gallery skin?
