hm… if e-mails are sent on twentyten, mail() most certain IS enabled. Now I think it may be bug in template itself. What template are you using?

Hm… I think the first thing you made wrong about it is language choice. VB6 is pretty old and you should move to some modern language like Java, Delphi or even C++. I think it was caused that your “browser” caused usage of some security loopholes which was removed in 3.1 and this is the reason it don’t work now.

Are you sure that mail() is enabled in php.ini? I had similar issue and it turned out it was mail() issue and now I must live with it, because my site is now too advanced to move it around.

Hm… I’d have to see both site and your theme’s stylesheet. The second is available under Dashboard->Appearance->Editor (just copy content of textarea). Then I’ll change CSS properly for you, so rss icons won’t stay in way and tell you what was wrong. Also I’ll give you CSS so you can replace it under Dashboard->Appearance->Editor.
