Still an issue. I can’t get to menu items at the bottom of the sidebar because they are BEHIND this damned pop-up!

How long does it take to fix a pop-up issue? More than 3 months apparently!

Getting the same error

This appears to be causing time outs and I’m getting 503 errors.

I can’t understand why this is even running – I never enabled any of the image options – I was just cleaning up the database.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin solved the issue.

I too am getting a MUST BUY LICENSE issue in order to get an update to 1.3.6 (from 1.3.5). I never opted into Freemius or anything. And this is apparent because the plugin has an Opt In text link on the plugins screen, not an Opt Out link!

I don’t want to disable/delete the plugin until I know that it will reinstall correctly. Will removing the plugin result in loss of settings (or will they stay in the database and automatically be present on reinstall)?

Please advise resolution.

Yeah, I just realised the same thing.

What is the point of an abandoned cart email that does not show the cart contents??? I’m seriously reconsidering the wisdom of purchasing this plugin.

I’m also getting the same error. I have updated to the latest version of the plugins (MP Version 3.46.14 & MP Premium Version 3.0.84).

As stated above, the subscriber is created even though they get the error upon hitting the subscribe button.

yeah, I tried all that and still no joy. I turned off all the noindex and nofollow – no good. I disabled everything except the events plugins – no joy (If I turn off the calendar I don’t get the option to include it in the sitemap. I have no CDN so it’s not a caching issue.

Any other ideas?

There is no caching or security plugins on the site nor on the server. I have tried re authenticating a couple of times.
