The plugin is using session_start() function of PHP – https://php.net/manual/en/function.session-start.php to try and start a session which seems to be throwing the error.

Please ensure that there no javascript errors in IE 11 from your website code. The chat should work fine then. Does chat work fine on iflychat.com in IE 11?
