Installation Issue

  • Hi there,
    I have moved to a new host and am rebuilding my website from scratch. However when I came to install Yop Poll I was locked out of the wp-admin file.

    I then tried the same version of Yop Poll that I have currently running on another site i.e. 4.9.1 but also got locked out of the wp-admin file and got the following message added to the broser
    action=activate&plugin=yop-poll%2Fyop_poll.php&_wpnonce=672422dfaf

    I have had to completely remove the plugin to get back into my site.

    It seems there have been recent issues is this one of them?

    Hi there,
    I am on version 4 of WordPress and have tried both version 4.9.2 and 4.9.1

    I am currently running 4.9.1 on another site and when 4.9.2 failed thought I would try 4.9.1 as I know that is definitely working. However I still got the blank white screen and it would not let me into wp-admin.

    We have looked into this and it looks like the problem is caused by your host so at the moment we can only advise to contact the host admin.

    sorry can you elaborate on your response above and let me know exactly what the hosting problem is before I speak to them and why it is an issue at their end.

    From what we can tell there is conflict between our plugin and something from your server.
