Thanks for your message. I am sorry you are having issues with the plugin. Can I please ask you to send a copy of your STL and converted GLB file so I can run some tests. Please send them to [email protected]

Ideally a GLB or GLTF should be exported from your 3D software and uploaded rather than an STL file. The GLB/GLTF file will be used for display within the browser and on Android devices. iOS devices require a USDZ file.

If I can get the plugin to work and my client is happy with it then we will purchase the pro version.
