thanks for great support sorry it was my mistake i had not fully checked
seems like the plugin had created cranedaleassets/virtualtour/view1.xml in root of wp so i copied it to wp-content/uploads and it fixed it.

this is the plugin which it was using its adding i frame into wp page

Are you sure you filled out the file url? Under the post content.

thanks for help on landscape now menu is displaying but its not visible due to its big size , i tested on iphone 6 in chrome mobile view on landscape : https://i.imgur.com/X8iM9jW.png

so any idea how to enforce hamgurger menu ( https://i.imgur.com/UIP79ub.png) in landscape for all mobile devices under 1000px width
