Insights into what users like is something I’d like to work on, first I’m working on getting the core features of the plugin working well. I’d hope for the update I’ll be releasing in January to accomplish most of this.

Do you mean showing content a users friends have liked?

Then things like most liked content, trending likes etc will be on the adgenda. As always, feedback and ideas are appreciated!

I havent come across any issues like this, though the fact BuddyPress Like is translating, it might be the plugin’s settings.

To check this: In your admin panel look in Settings > BuddyPress Like, and scroll down and check the settings there.

Also if you were interested, could you help me with translating the plugin for Finnish?

Hi Rami, thanks for the feedback. You’re right that this is not ideal and it’s actually something I’ve thought about recently. With regards to the flow of how this should work for the user – I’m not yet decided on what the best user flow is.

For example: If I like your post, and other 5 people have already liked it just before me. Having a screen full of posts where it’s “full of updates with – Darren liked Rami’s update” isn’t much good. I feel like aggregating these into one update would be a good option. Along with something similar to what you’ve described by having the like button for the original update, with its like count.

Development of the plugin takes place over in its Github repository, and I’ve different issues open to discuss some concerns and questions I have. I’d appreciate your comments! This isnt something I’ve planned to release atm, I’m working on this for blog posts at the moment, so can look into implementing this on forums.

Is this forums in groups, or ob bbpress alone?

These issues have now been addressed with the latest update.

I realise what happened here, it was an issue with adding files with SVN when I updated the plugin here. My apologies.

Hi everyone, the .org version has not be updated to 0.3. On hindsight I should have bumped the version to allow yous to update automatically!

A few other changes have been also added since the 0.3 github version.
