Interesting. I downloaded the theme from the repository and the plugin. When uploading the theme via cPanel files, I get a warning that the theme contains a virus.

I also downloaded a copy of the latest theme from my OceanWP account online and got the same warning.

Also, the Ocean WP theme on my server is the latest version already anyway and uploading a copy of the Ocean Extra manually and activating it takes the site down.

The Ocean Extra plugin has SH!T the bed this morning.

If you can get in via FTP or the file structure, disable the Ocean-Extra plugin by renaming it and your site will show up again.

I saw in another thread they are going to fix that update later today.

I’ve had to disable Ocean Extra on all three sites. Even with OceanWP 3.3.4 (downloaded from my membership site), updating/upgrading Ocean Extra crashes.

Thank you, I should have been more clear, I did see documentation online but I don’t have those options–perhaps because I have the free version?

I do have a premium add on, but I don’t have the ‘Productivity’ tab as shown in that documentation image.

I can’t contact you through there without paying $20, is that correct? I am unwilling to pay for Premium if your plugin doesn’t work at all. Please advise.

I actually ended up figuring it out! I had blocked ‘admin’ from counting. I figured it out when I tried another plugin ‘PixelYourSite’ but I also realized that I like the PixelYourSite better.

So, if anyone runs into the same problem… doh me! Test it without blocking yourself and better yet, get PixelYourSite. As a bonus, they respond to support requests.

I don’t have Wordfence security and I’m having a problem with the options not saving. I’ve turned off all non-essential plugins. I have Studiopress Genesis which has a dozen plugins I don’t want to turn off even for a few minutes. Weird.
