BTW, when I click on a requesting person’s user name, it takes me to their personal page. What I need to look at in order to approve or deny, is actually their profile on that page. Maybe consider changing that link in the next iteration. It would just save another click & page load.

I don’t have BuddyBoss. BuddyPress works ok for what my small non-profit client needs.

Bingo – I did install User Role Editor temporarily as well. Given that the two plugins have some similarities, I didn’t expect URE to be hosting an ad for your plugin.

IBM bought the Wunderground company over a year ago and shut down the wunderground API.

Thank you for the reply, jacksonsky. It’s too bad your co-workers weren’t able to track their changes. They might have been able to make those fixes available to others. I don’t know php all that well although I can usually wander my way through javascript.

This is now clearly a problem with the current version of WordPress. The problem went away when I downgraded to WordPress version 5.2.4.

What code did you modify in order to override the timezone settings? I think I’m going to have to do the same.

Update – setting the WordPress time to different UTC times does nothing. Clearing the cache does nothing. Setting the timezone to use the Events Source instead of Site Default does nothing.
