In reply to: [Click-to-Call for Twilio] Creating a twilio flow from a numberHi @clintonlee83
Yes, the plugin can connect frontend users to any infrastructure you have assigned to your Twilio number, either it’s a flow, TwiML Bin etc.
The plugin will initiate a conference and will call the user, if the user answers the call will be forwarded to your Twilio infrastructure where the agent, IVR etc will do the rest.
Unfortunately it can’t do the reverse, that was never the scope of the plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Click-to-Call for Twilio] Cannot declare class SplClassLoaderHi @rawald,
sorry to see you having issue with the plugin, here are some tips you can use to debug the problem and give us a better clarity for your issue:
– disable all the plugins and check if you’re still seeing the issue, it might be a conflict with other installed plugins
– set a fresh staging on the same server and check if the error persists
In order to identify the problem we’d need a full WP install report, including the php version, server settings, modules etc. Or you if you have a staging url and if you can provide us the WP login we could find the cause. In reply to: [Click-to-Call for Twilio] Availability indicatorThis plugin cannot show if your endpoint users are available or not. It just connects the website users with your exiting Twilio voice flow.

In reply to: [Click-to-Call for Twilio] Connecting with visitors@pandglobal in the example I gave you there is a live click-to-call input form (left bottom corner of the page).
If you need support on Twilio endpoints read their documentation. This plugin cannot cover all implementation scenarios and programming languages:

In reply to: [Click-to-Call for Twilio] Connecting with visitors@pandglobal this is not true. You hear the Twilio message because your number endpoint is not configured. Finish configuring the incoming voice on Twilio end, basically tell Twilio what to do when a call comes in. The custom message you can set inside the plugin is just a warming message you can play in between the connected call.
I assure you the plugin can complete a full 2 way connection call. Check a live example on this website: https://expertisephysio.com
