In reply to: [Modern Events Calendar Lite] Plugin is degrading. Support is a bot.I had exactly the same experience – bought it on CC, every new lite version has new weird bugs. JS errors en masse. I wouldn’t mind buying the pro license, but I’m reluctant to buying this defunct scrap just like you wrote.

In reply to: [WP DSGVO Tools (GDPR)] Unbrauchbar@danyelandre I think it’s more than bold to give this plugin a trashing 1* review without even trying to sort out the issue via a support request beforehand…

In reply to: [WP GDPR] Emails in another languageDoesn’t WPML use mo/po files when available? If yes, you could just add the languages this way, as all the template texts are found within the translation files.

In reply to: [WP GDPR] Incompatibility with WP Discuz?Hi Mieke,
great, thank you – I hope the wpdiscuz team will find a way to change the form. I tried myself, but to no avail ??

In reply to: [WP GDPR] Incompatibility with WP Discuz?Hi Mieke,
I saw that you added support for WPDiscuz – wow, fast moving ??
There are still some issues though: The checkbox is only shown for level 1 comments – once the user clicks “reply”, there is no checkbox within the reply form. (So it’s basically not possible to comment in this case).
Also, the checkbox appears below the form (below “post comment” button) in a different format and might be easily overlooked. I guess the best way would be to integrate it into the actual form.
In other news: I noticed that the inserted comment label (“This form collects your name, email and content…”) isn’t translateable any more. The string is in the po file, but the English version still gets displayed.

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] We can’t upload picsHi, I had the same problem today, did some googling and found this thread – and the solution.
It’s definitely a client-side problem, but not directly related to Windows; in my case, my firewall blocked a Firefox Plugin (I guess Flash)… after disabling my fw everything worked fine – so in case you run into this: don’t panic, NextGen is fine (and great as it ever was ??
