Same problem here. Super-Admin does an automatic second refund shortly after refund created from normal user.

I think it has to do with installed “WooCommerce DHL Plugin”.

I had to delete the /wp-content/cache folder – after this the home-page loads the correct new 5.4.8 ??
I don’t know why deactivating the WP-Fastest-Cache-Plugin did not work.

But on all other pages I get the style.css correctly with URL /wp-content/plugins/newsletter/style.css?ver=5.4.8

Looks like it is a cache problem indeed. I try to clear it again.

thank you for your very quick reply!

I purged the WP-Cache-Plugin, cleared the Chrome-Browser-Cache and pressed Ctrl+R. I even deactivated the WP-Cache-Plugin and checked “Disbale Cache” in Chrome-Browser-Developer-Tab. Same result with 404 on this /wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/style.css?ver=5.4.2

I have Version 5.4.8 installed, but I get the 404 for the following URL:
/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/style.css?ver=5.4.2

This 404 produces a long wait in the waterfall diagram, while opening the home-page of the website.

Need to roll back to 4.0.7 https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/the-events-calendar.4.1.zip

404 in my case because of lost domain in the URL. Only the part after the domain appears in the URL which the events plugin produces.

I konw I can edit manually (and I do) – but this will be deleted on updates.

I tested it again an a fresh WP installation with “Twenty Fourteen” Theme activated and all other Plugins deactivated with the same bug in the native Android browser: The level 3 fly-out-menu does not appear on tapping the level 2 parent.

It is really a big bug in Android browser, because if the problem occurs and I go back to the page in history before (completly different URL) the browser shows only a white page. If you try to scroll the white area the normal content suddenly shows up. Same on both Android devices I have.

The same white area happens when I open a new browser tab and open a different URL for example google.de. If you try to enter something in the search input field, you get very strange behavior: The Google-Logo lays in front of top search input field – you can see only part of your search text.

You have to restart the browser completely by draging it away in the app-overview, or the white page happens on every new tab.

I tried to disable the plugin “Tribe-Events” but that does not solve the problem. I had the impression that the CSS of this plugin interfere the Vegas-Slider. But that is not the case.
